Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or your product arrives damaged, act quickly! You have 24 hours from delivery to report the issue. Contact our support team immediately at support@approovl.com with your name and order/account number for reference. We'll work with you to get a replacement on its way.

Tracking Says Delivered But You Haven't Received It

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but your package is missing, don't hesitate to reach out! Contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date at support@approovl.com. The sooner we know, the faster we can investigate the issue and potentially file a claim on your behalf.

 

Customer Returns

Since you lease your products through Acima, returns are handled directly by them. The good news is, Acima offers a flexible option! You can effectively "return" your product by simply cancelling the lease agreement at any time.

When Will My Order Ship?

Once an order is processed, it will ship within 1 business day.

How long does shipping take?

Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Where can I see my Tracking info?

Stay updated! We're working on integrating a system where you'll be able to track your order's progress directly from your Approovl account or confirmation email.

Will you notify me when my package is being delivered?

Soon, we'll implement advanced tracking tools to notify you via email and text when your product is out for delivery and once delivered, keeping you informed every step of the way.

What if my product arrives damaged?
  • Reporting Damage: You have 24 hours from delivery to report any damage to your products.  If a product does arrive damaged contact support@approovl.com immediately.  Please be sure to add your name and order/account number in the email as reference.
  • Non-Delivery Claims: You have 24 hours from when tracking says your product was delivered to notify support@approovl.com of a non-delivery.  If you fail to report a non-delivery within 24 hours, we may not be able to file a shipping claim on your behalf.

Where Do Products Ship From?

All products are shipped and fulfilled by one of Best Buy’s 1,000+ retail locations Nationwide!

What states do you ship to?

We ship to the lower 48 states.  We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii; and, due to state laws, we cannot ship to Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont and Wisconsin.

Can I Cancel My Order?
