At Approovl, you can buy or lease your favorite name brand products with ease!

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or your product arrives damaged, act quickly! You have 24 hours from delivery to report the issue. Contact our support team immediately at support@approovl.com with your name and order/account number for reference. We’ll work with you to get a replacement on its way.

Tracking Says Delivered But You Haven’t Received It

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but your package is missing, don’t hesitate to reach out! Contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date at support@approovl.com. The sooner we know, the faster we can investigate the issue and potentially file a claim on your behalf.

Customer Returns

Since you lease your products through Acima, returns are handled directly by them. The good news is, Acima offers a flexible option! You can effectively “return” your product by simply cancelling the lease agreement at any time.
