Approovl.com is an intermediary between Financing companies Like ACIMA and BestBuy. It helps you connect with retailer and lease to own companies and enables you to buy products on lease.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. However, you have the option to return the product following our return guidelines.
Shipping Information
- Shipping Time: After placing your order, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Delivery Duration: Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.

Return Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please report it to support@approovl.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your name and order number for a faster resolution.
- Non-Delivery Claims: If tracking shows your product was delivered but you haven't received it, notify us at support@approovl.com within 24 hours to enable us to assist you promptly.
Shipping Regions
- Shipping Locations: Products are shipped from one of Best Buy’s 600+ retail locations nationwide.
- Serviceable States: We ship to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Wisconsin due to specific state laws.
Lease Cancellation
- Related to Returns: Returning a product will also result in the cancellation of the associated lease with Acima. Contact Acima directly for lease cancellation procedures and inquiries.
